It belongs to the Mud\u00e8fer range, the winery\u2019s flagship collection, named after Mount Mud\u00e8fer, a landmark that dominates the surrounding landscape and shelters some of Terra Alta\u2019s most precious vines.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1910\" data-end=\"2279\">The grapes come from old vines rooted in \u201cpanal\u201d soils, a fossilised sand formation unique to the region. At altitudes between 400 and 550 metres and surrounded by forest, these vines grow in conditions of low rainfall, warm days, and cool nights. The combination of climate and soil results in concentrated grapes with balanced acidity and great aromatic expression.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2281\" data-end=\"2560\">After fermentation in stainless steel to capture the grape\u2019s freshness, the wine ages between six and eight months in new 300-litre French oak barrels. Lees contact during this time adds volume, creaminess, and complexity, while delicate toasty notes integrate with ripe fruit.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2562\" data-end=\"2987\">The next chapter in its journey unfolds beneath the sea. The wine is bottled in 75 cl amphorae and submerged for six months at a depth of 20 metres in the Mediterranean, near the Ebre Delta. Constant temperature, gentle movement, and natural pressure create a unique environment for slow, harmonious refinement. This stage brings an extra layer of texture and a subtle saline nuance that makes the wine truly one of a kind.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2989\" data-end=\"3262\">The result is a Garnacha Blanca with remarkable aromatic depth and balance. Citrus, white fruit, and dried flowers blend with mineral tones and a whisper of the sea.
