Vila-Closa Rubor is een elegante ros\u00e9 die de verfijnde kant van Garnacha Negra vastlegt in de zonovergoten landschappen van Terra Alta. De naam verwijst naar de \"Vila-Closa,\" het historische versterkte dorp in het hart van Batea, waar eeuwenoude tradities en gemeenschapsleven bewaard zijn gebleven. Het sleutel- en slotmotief op het etiket symboliseert het idee dat Vila-Closa wijnen het authentieke karakter van de regio ontsluiten.<\/p>\n

Deze ros\u00e9 is het resultaat van nauwkeurige beslissingen in wijngaard en kelder. De druiven worden op het juiste moment geplukt om rijpheid en zuurgraad in balans te brengen. Een korte schilweking geeft de wijn zijn subtiele zalmroze kleur en aromatische lift, terwijl fermentatie in roestvrij staal het profiel fris en puur houdt. De uitdrukking \"Rubor\" betekent \"blos,\" wat perfect zowel de kleur als het zachte karakter van de wijn weerspiegelt.<\/p>\n

Het terroir speelt een bepalende rol. Warme mediterrane dagen worden getemperd door de Cierzo- en Garb\u00ed-winden, die de zuurgraad behouden en de aromatische definitie versterken. De kalk- en kleigronden dragen bij aan een fijne minerale toets die het fruit ondersteunt.<\/p>\n

Vila-Closa Rubor is veelzijdig en toegankelijk. Het past prachtig bij lichte gerechten zoals salades, zeevruchten, gegrilde groenten en tapas. Het schittert ook als aperitief op warme middagen. Het is dus zowel een wijn voor ontspannen momenten als een weerspiegeling van het vakmanschap van de regio.
