Karma de Drac Negre is een Montsant rode wijn die traditie en minimale interventie op een gedurfde, expressieve manier samenbrengt. Gemaakt voornamelijk van Cari\u00f1ena, een vari\u00ebteit diep geworteld in de Middellandse Zee, gecombineerd met Garnacha Negra en Cabernet Sauvignon van wijnstokken geplant tussen de jaren 70 en 80. Deze wijngaarden, gelegen in Falset op ongeveer 400 meter boven zeeniveau, groeien op kleigronden die zowel kracht als frisheid aan de druiven geven.<\/p>\n

De wijnmaakfilosofie is puur en transparant: handmatige oogst, spontane fermentatie met inheemse gisten, zachte behandeling en geen toegevoegde sulfieten. Alles is ontworpen om het natuurlijke karakter van het fruit te behouden en het terroir zonder kunstgrepen uit te drukken. Dit maakt Karma de Drac Negre tot een authentieke natuurlijke wijn, biodynamisch en veganistisch, met een identiteit die verbonden is met zijn land.<\/p>\n

De naam \u201cKarma de Drac\u201d roept de kracht van de draak op, een symbool van energie en transformatie in de mediterrane folklore. Deze wijn weerspiegelt die geest: mysterieus maar toegankelijk, krachtig maar fris. Zijn sappige fruit, kruidige ondertonen en lange afdronk spreken van de wilde schoonheid van Montsant en zijn vermogen om wijnen van zowel kracht als elegantie te produceren.<\/p>\n

Met een beperkte productie van 10.000 flessen is het een wijn die het heden omarmt terwijl het echo's van voorouderlijke wijnmaakmethoden laat horen.
