H\u1ea1ng m\u1ee5c ph\u00e1p l\u00fd n\u00e0y n\u1eb1m ngo\u00e0i c\u00e1c ch\u1ec9 d\u1eabn \u0111\u1ecba l\u00fd. N\u00f3 cho ph\u00e9p nho t\u1eeb b\u1ea5t k\u1ef3 n\u01a1i n\u00e0o \u1edf T\u00e2y Ban Nha v\u00e0 cung c\u1ea5p s\u1ef1 t\u1ef1 do pha tr\u1ed9n t\u1ed1i \u0111a. IGP th\u01b0\u1eddng bao ph\u1ee7 c\u00e1c khu v\u1ef1c l\u1edbn h\u01a1n, cho ph\u00e9p nhi\u1ec1u gi\u1ed1ng nho h\u01a1n v\u00e0 cung c\u1ea5p l\u1ed1i v\u00e0o d\u1ec5 d\u00e0ng h\u01a1n cho c\u00e1c nh\u00e0 s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t m\u1edbi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quy \u0111\u1ecbnh VCIG, DOP v\u00e0 DOCa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tr\u00ean IGP l\u00e0 Vino de Calidad con Indicaci\u00f3n Geogr\u00e1fica (VCIG), m\u1ed9t b\u01b0\u1edbc chuy\u1ec3n ti\u1ebfp cho c\u00e1c v\u00f9ng h\u01b0\u1edbng t\u1edbi tr\u1ea1ng th\u00e1i DOP \u0111\u1ea7y \u0111\u1ee7. N\u00f3 \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng c\u00e1c quy t\u1eafc nghi\u00eam ng\u1eb7t h\u01a1n so v\u1edbi IGP, \u0111\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t l\u00e0 \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi c\u00e1c gi\u1ed1ng nho v\u00e0 ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Denominaci\u00f3n de Origen Protegida (DOP), hay Denomination of Origin (PDO), l\u00e0 x\u01b0\u01a1ng s\u1ed1ng c\u1ee7a h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng T\u00e2y Ban Nha. C\u00e1c nh\u00e0 s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t ph\u1ea3i tr\u1ed3ng, l\u00ean men v\u00e0 \u0111\u00f3ng chai t\u1ea5t c\u1ea3 nho trong khu v\u1ef1c \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh. M\u1ed9t Consejo Regulador gi\u00e1m s\u00e1t qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh, th\u1ef1c thi c\u00e1c quy t\u1eafc v\u00e0 qu\u1ea3ng b\u00e1 v\u00f9ng ch\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ecbnh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u1ede \u0111\u1ec9nh l\u00e0 Denominaci\u00f3n de Origen Calificada (DOCa), hay DOQ \u1edf Catalonia. Tr\u1ea1ng th\u00e1i n\u00e0y ch\u1ec9 \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng cho c\u00e1c v\u00f9ng c\u00f3 uy t\u00edn l\u00e2u \u0111\u1eddi, ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t nghi\u00eam ng\u1eb7t v\u00e0 xu\u1ea5t s\u1eafc nh\u1ea5t qu\u00e1n. Cho \u0111\u1ebfn nay, ch\u1ec9 c\u00f3 DOCa Rioja v\u00e0 DOQ Priorat \u0111\u1ea1t \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1ef1 ph\u00e2n bi\u1ec7t n\u00e0y.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Con \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng \u0111\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t c\u1ee7a Vino de Pago<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Song song v\u1edbi \u0111\u00f3 l\u00e0 Vino de Pago (VP), \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng cho c\u00e1c \u0111i\u1ec1n trang ri\u00eang l\u1ebb v\u1edbi terroir \u0111\u1ed9c \u0111\u00e1o. Kh\u00e1c v\u1edbi c\u00e1c D.O. v\u00f9ng, nh\u1eefng nh\u00e0 s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t n\u00e0y ph\u1ea3i tr\u1ed3ng t\u1ea5t c\u1ea3 nho t\u1ea1i \u0111i\u1ec1n trang v\u00e0 s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t r\u01b0\u1ee3u t\u1ea1i ch\u1ed7 theo c\u00e1c quy t\u1eafc n\u1ed9i b\u1ed9 nghi\u00eam ng\u1eb7t.
