EU \u0111\u00e3 gi\u1edbi thi\u1ec7u n\u00f3 \u0111\u1ec3 gi\u1ea3m gian l\u1eadn v\u00e0 t\u1ea1o ra s\u1ef1 theo d\u00f5i \u0111\u1ed3ng nh\u1ea5t. H\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng ghi l\u1ea1i m\u1ed7i l\u00f4 h\u00e0ng d\u01b0\u1edbi tr\u1ea1ng th\u00e1i t\u1ea1m ho\u00e3n thu\u1ebf ho\u1eb7c \u0111\u00e3 n\u1ed9p thu\u1ebf. C\u00e1c l\u00f4 h\u00e0ng t\u1ea1m ho\u00e3n thu\u1ebf c\u1ea7n c\u00f3 e-AD. C\u00e1c l\u00f4 h\u00e0ng \u0111\u00e3 tr\u1ea3 thu\u1ebf c\u1ea7n m\u1ed9t e-AD \u0111\u01a1n gi\u1ea3n h\u00f3a theo Giai \u0111o\u1ea1n 4.0. Nh\u00e0 nh\u1eadp kh\u1ea9u v\u00e0 xu\u1ea5t kh\u1ea9u ph\u1ea3i c\u00f3 tr\u1ea1ng th\u00e1i ng\u01b0\u1eddi nh\u1eadn ho\u1eb7c ng\u01b0\u1eddi g\u1eedi \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ch\u1ee9ng nh\u1eadn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u01b0\u1ee3u vang t\u0103ng c\u01b0\u1eddng ho\u1eb7c r\u01b0\u1ee3u vang c\u00f3 h\u01b0\u01a1ng th\u01b0\u1eddng ph\u1ea3i ch\u1ecbu thu\u1ebf ti\u00eau th\u1ee5 \u0111\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t.
