What is Vinitor, and how does it work?
Vinitor is the export department for small and medium-sized family-owned Spanish wineries. We work closely with producers, representing authentic wines and facilitating their access to international importers. Our system allows wines from different wineries to be consolidated into a single order, with centralized management of logistics and documentation.
Do I have to place large orders to work with Vinitor?
No. With Vinitor, it is now possible to import directly from Spanish family wineries without the need for large volumes. You can place orders starting at 60 units per product and 120 units per winery, giving you access to unique wines with greater agility and flexibility. In addition, you can combine wines from different wineries in a single order, optimizing costs and logistics.
Can I contact the wineries directly?
Yes. At Vinitor, we believe in absolute transparency and encourage a direct relationship between importers and producers. We act as a genuine and trustworthy bridge, and we support direct contact with wineries, their teams, and winemakers. For us, human connection is key in every collaboration.
What logistics services does Vinitor offer?
We offer order consolidation in a single warehouse, allowing you to receive wines from multiple wineries in one shipment. We take care of order preparation, documentation, and, if desired, international delivery. In addition, we manage excise taxes in countries such as Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany, with more markets to follow soon.
How do I access prices and conditions?
You must register as an importer. Once your profile has been verified, you can request access to the prices of each winery. If the brand is available in your region, you will have full access to its information. At Vinitor, we respect regional exclusivity, so we only show prices when the winery is available in your market.
What advantages do I have over contacting the wineries directly?
Vinitor is not an external intermediary: we are the export department of the wineries we represent. When you work with us, you are working directly with the producer, but with the support of a professional team that centralizes communication, logistics, and commercial follow-up. In addition, you can consolidate wines from different wineries into a single order, with a single invoice and without complications.

Yes. At Vinitor, we also collaborate with wineries that do not appear on our website, as in some cases their products are only available to certain markets or customers. Our goal is to help you find the perfect wine for your market, even if it is not yet part of our visible catalog.
