Lo Noi del Sac is a distinctive Blanc de Noirs Montsant crafted by Celler Pascona as part of its “wines of legend” collection. Its name refers to a folkloric Catalan character similar to the bogeyman, a figure from childhood stories that evokes mystery and imagination. Together with María Ganxa, this wine forms a duo created to challenge conventions and leave a lasting impression through personality and authenticity.

Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grown in Montsant, the wine follows a precise and deliberate approach. The cellar team vinifies it as a white through direct pressing, without skin maceration. As a result, they avoid tannic extraction while preserving freshness and structural definition. This method allows the red grape to express itself in an unexpected yet controlled way.

The pale amber tone appears naturally due to the pigmentation of Cabernet Sauvignon. The winery avoids active carbon and aggressive clarification, allowing the wine to retain both its authentic hue and full aromatic profile. Consequently, this Blanc de Noirs Montsant reflects a minimal-intervention philosophy that respects both variety and origin.

On the nose, ripe orchard fruit meets subtle citrus peel and delicate herbal nuances, supported by a discreet mineral undertone.
