Trencaclosques

The Syrah vines that give life to Trencaclosques grow in clay soils in the Vall dels Fontanals, a small and sheltered valley near Falset. These soils provide natural roundness, while the valley’s microclimate preserves the grape’s freshness. The winemaking process begins with a very gentle pressing, extracting only the purest juice, followed by fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. This careful approach captures Syrah’s bright red fruit expression while maintaining an elegant structure.
In the glass, it displays a luminous salmon hue. Aromas of freshly picked red berries mingle with sweet, playful notes reminiscent of strawberry candies.
