PRODUCTION METHOD
Lo Petitó is crafted from a blend of 70% Syrah, 20% Merlot, and 10% Garnacha Negra, grown on clay soils that contribute roundness and depth. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness to capture both freshness and concentration. Gentle destemming and fermentation at controlled temperatures preserve the vivid fruit character. Each variety is vinified separately to maintain its distinctive qualities before blending, ensuring a harmonious final profile.
