PRODUCTION METHOD
Terra Ferma Blanc is a blend of Macabeo, Garnacha Blanca and Chardonnay, grown in vineyards planted in 2010 in L’Albagés, Les Garrigues (Lleida). The vines are trained in traditional trellising and unilateral Royat cordon. The soils are shallow, very calcareous, with clay and sandstone as bedrock, typical of the Ebro depression. Grapes are harvested mechanically at dawn to preserve freshness. After pneumatic pressing, the must undergoes static settling and separate fermentation of each variety at 15–16 ºC in stainless steel vats. The wine rests during winter in tank, then is clarified gently and bottled after fine filtration.

TASTING NOTE
Terra Ferma Blanc shows a bright lemon-yellow color with green reflections. Aromas of tropical fruit combine with floral notes and subtle hints of yeast and pastry. On the palate it is fresh and mineral, with good density, a creamy texture from lees contact and a long, pleasant finish.
