Macabeo completes the blend with freshness and lightness. Together they create a white wine that respects tradition while embracing modern winemaking. Fermentation takes place at low temperature to protect aromas. Afterward, the wine rests on fine lees for three months with regular bâtonnage, which adds creaminess and complexity. As a result, it achieves balance between fruit, minerality and structure.

Beyond technique, Surrealista Blanc tells the story of a region that has inspired creativity for centuries. Garriguella lies at the gateway to Cap de Creus, an area admired for its surreal light. The name recalls Salvador Dalí, who blurred the limits between dream and reality. This wine does the same, combining authenticity with imagination. Thanks to its balance, it pairs naturally with Mediterranean cuisine such as fish with citrus, seafood rice or light Asian dishes.
