Its true singularity, however, emerges during aging. For six months, the bottles rest in the depths of the Mediterranean Sea, near the Ebre Delta, at a depth of 20 metres.

Beneath the surface, constant temperatures, gentle water movement, and natural pressure create a unique refinement chamber. This slow and silent maturation enhances structure, softens sharper edges, and imparts a distinctive minerality that cannot be replicated on land.
